1.Am I only compared to the efficient homes in my neighborhood?

No, you are also compared to your own usage in previous years, others in your ZIP code, and others who share your utility company.

2.Can I access usage information for only one meter?

Yes, under the Usage module -> Usage Overview tab, select the meter from the Meter Number drop-down to view usage information for the required meter.

By default, the system displays usage data for all the non-AMI meters associated with this account.TEST

3.Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password anytime while accessing the application. On the Home page, click the dropdown option next to the username and then click Change Password. On the Change Password window, enter the existing password, new password, and confirm new password and then click Submit.

4.Can I see and pay the bill from the dashboard?

Yes, the bill can be paid from the dashboard by clicking on the "Make Payment" button. You can also view the remaining balance and due date on the dashboard which will help you avoid going past the due date.

5.Can I view my latest consumption?

Yes, City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities account allows you to view latest consumption if Smart meter is installed on your premise. Smart Meter allows to get consumption data in real-time, however you may get to see data after a day’s lag as system validates data that has been received from your meter

6.How can I cancel a pending payment?

Once initiated, neither you as a customer nor the City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities can cancel a pending payment. It will either be successful or rejected as a result of the payment process.

7.How can I contact to City of Toledo?

On the City of Toledo customer portal's home page, click the Contact Us module. Fill in all the required fields, such as a select a Topic, enter the subject, add Comments, and then click Next. Preview all the details entered and click Submit. City of Toledo receives all submitted information via email and the customer receives and auto-gerenerated email on a registered email address with a link to view submitted details.

8.How can I delete my profile?

In the Account module My Profile section, click on the Delete My Profile hyperlink at the bottom of My Profile page.

9.How can I view the history of past bills and payments?

You can view the transaction history from the Billing module. In the Billing module, click the Billing & Payment History tab. The system displays the Billing History page with two tabs- Billing and Payments. Billing tab shows billing details. To view the payment transactions , click the Payments tab. Your transactions appear in a list with date, payment type, channel, status, and amount information.

10.How do I add/delete my payment information?

Under the Accounts module, click the Payment Information tab. Click Add Payment Method to add a new payment method. To update the previous payment details click the Kebab menu icon corresponding to a payment and select Set as Default/Remove as per the requirement to change the default payment settings. You can delete a payment method even if you have set it as the default payment method. The system sends an auto-generated email to your registered email address after deletion. However, the system does not allow you to select a card as the default payment method if the card is expired.

12.How do I enroll for the Auto Payment (recurring payment)?

In the Billing module, click the Auto Payment tab. A two-step progress bar displays. Complete all the field details in the steps and click Enroll to enroll for Auto payment. It will automatically deduct the bill amount subjected to the maximum payment cap if any. You can pay the rest of the amount manually. Once enrolled for Auto payment, you cannot delete the card or bank details associated to Auto payment.

13.How do I link my existing account and new account?

In the Account module, under the Account Information section, click Link Account. On the Link Account window, enter the required information to link your new account to your existing profile. Once a new account is linked to your existing profile, you cannot register to the City of Toledo customer portal using the new account. Also, you cannot link an account with inactive status.

14.How do I navigate or access the functionalities across the platform?

The top navigation menu helps you navigate and access various modules or sub modules which have been grouped logically and functionally.

15.How do I recover my Password?

On the Login screen, click Forgot Password.  Enter your username and click Submit. Upon successful submission, the City of Toledo generates an email with a recovery link and sends it to the user’s primary email address if the Username is validated. Click the password reset link and enter the required field details to complete the password reset process.
